Obenetse Family receives P7,000.00

SELEBI-PHIKWE: Some good Samaritans have donated P7000 to help the Obonetse family which has two handicapped children.

The money, donated by two individuals, was a response to an article that appeared in The Monitor newspaper last month highlighting the plight of this family with two boys who cannot fend for themselves.

The money was presented to the boys mother Kgotsong Obonetse by Mmegi Chief Northern Bureau Chief, Ryder Gabathuse. He adviced the family to keep the money in a savings account.
