Merafhe insults to be addressed in Parley-Modubule

Lobatse legislator and Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) member, Nehemiah Modubule, has said he would not lower himself and respond to vice-president Mompati Merafhe's 'hopeless creature' label on his person.

Addressing a BMD rally in Gaborone over the weekend, Modubule said it was disappointing that as a vice-president, Merafhe engages in abusive language instead of addressing issues in parliament.

"He says I am a hopeless creature.  Maybe I am.  What is he?  An old useless man who cannot do anything in this country, but insult people. I will answer him at the house where he insulted me," said Modubule.
