Trompies is back in town

Still fresh from the Mdu Masilela show held a fortnight ago, mature revellers would be expected to quickly put back on their dancing shoes, as legendary South African kwaito group, Trompies returns.

The Kwaito group of the 1990s will on September 27 share the stage with Botswana’s own Da Vet while DJs Lefatshe, Happex Guru and Kyle will mesmerise fans on the decks at Wagga Gardenex courtesy of Legends in Concert.

Trompies consists of Eugene Mthethwa, Jairus ‘Jakarumba’ Nkwe, Zynne ‘Mahoota’ Sibika and Mandla ‘Spikiri’ Mofokeng.
