Jwaneng Galaxy have cut the lead at the top to one point

Township Rollers’ title charge suffered a dent on Saturday when they drew 1-1 with relegation candidates, Sankoyo Bush Bucks. Rollers who have been enjoying a three-point gap at the top haven now see their lead cut to just one point.

Ahead of their clash with city rivals, Gaborone United (GU) on Wednesday, Rollers are now in danger of losing the top spot to fellow contenders, Jwaneng Galaxy who are breathing heavily on their necks.

The Mascom Top 8 champions collected the much-needed points against Black Forest on Saturday. Rollers however still have a game in hand as the wait for a decision on their match against Miscellaneous continues.
