Teacher re-brands Thamaga

Residents of Thamaga, a village known for notorious gangs, that have held the village hostage with murderous violence, have in the past few years worked towards making the place safer again.

As part of creating positive vibes, a teacher from the village has established an event called Thamaga Bush Farm Sundays to be held at Adashe Gadern Resort every last Sunday of the month.

The event is based along similar concept as Gaborone’s popular events Jam For Brunch and Chill Step Sundays. The founder of Thamaga Bush Farm Sundays, Lucky Ranko said he has been contributing in the entertainment industry for so long so he felt it was time he came up with something of his own.
