The Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC) chairperson, Solomon Reikeletseng was conspicuously absent from the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) second congress, which Botswana hosted last week.

The minister of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development (MYSC), Thapelo Olopeng was also absent as he was in San Francisco on official business.
