The Directorate for Public Prosecutions (DPP) is set to allocate an officer to prosecute the matter in which former Botswana Investment and Trade Centre (BITC) chief executive officer, Letsebe Sejoe faces a charge of causing death by dangerous driving.

The charge stems from an incident last November in which then Rasesa councillor, Seasebeng Monyake, was killed.

Sejoe appeared for mention at Mochudi Magistrate Court yesterday, but the matter could not proceed as the investigating officer advised that while the case has been submitted to the DPP, a prosecutor has not been allocated the case yet.
