Chiefs factional battles head back to court

After years of fighting for control and the matter reaching the courts, the two groups recently reached common ground. A transitional committee was formed, which consisted of members from each group. The committee recently called a special general meeting, which amongst other items included the elections for a new executive committee. Ahead of the meeting, some members of the club led by Ramocha Tsieng had requested the elections to be postponed. Their main reason being that some sections of the court order amongst them the financial audit had not been complied with.
They also wrote a letter saying they have withdrawn some members in their camp from the transitional committee.
