Fuming Majaga alleges political witch-hunt

FRANCISTOWN: A fuming Member of Parliament for Sebina-Gweta, Polson Majaga has described the delay in his prosecution as politically motivated after his court appearance yesterday.

Majaga was allegedly found in possession of beef and hides suspected to be stolen.  The state alleges that Majaga, Shadreck Mochabange, Tshokolo Mochabange, Semphete Malindi and Goletswang Mpule acting jointly at Komtsia cattle post near Dukwi village were found in possession of meat and hide of a cow suspected to be stolen on August 16, 2006.

The case was dropped in 2014 but was reinstated during the beginning of this year.
