Notwane are expected to challenge the legality of their suspension from the First Division South after the Botswana Football Association (BFA) recently found the club guilty of taking a football matter to court.

Mmegi Sport is reliably informed that Notwane has argued that only the general assembly has the powers to suspend a club and therefore the BFA National Executive Committee’s move was null and void.

Notwane was slapped with a two year suspension, but will only serve one after the other year was set aside.
