The Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) has unveiled Case Lebotso as its candidate for the vacant Sekoma ward, a decision that was arrived at by consensus. A by-election for the ward will be held on March 5, after councillor Makalare Ngomme of the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) passed away late last year.

“It was not a branch or cell committee decision. They informed the party central committee on Monday about their decision.
