Judgment day for Masilo

Judgment in a case in which Thabo Masilo is facing two counts of robbery and rape will be delivered on December 12, Village Chief Magistrate Linah Oahile-Mokibe said yesterday. She made the ruling after listening to the final submission from the State and from Masilo’s lawyer, Kgosietsile Ngakaagae.

“The accused denies the charges. He denies ever being at the scene let alone robbing the complainant at knifepoint, raping her or using any violence against her.
