The DPP’s dithering remains a mystery considering the fact that they received the final investigation report more than two months ago.
“The office of the DPP initially received the docket pertaining to the matter in May, the docket was then returned to the police for further investigations on May 22, 2014. The docket was subsequently received back from the police on June 6, 2014,” said the prosecuting authority’s deputy director Kabo Leinaeng.
