Army barracks for State House

Government will during this development budget build a P5 million military barracks at the presidential residence - the State House.

Parliament was told yesterday that current offices housing the Criminal Investigation Department at State House will be converted into a fully fledged army barracks.

Parliament this week approved the budget for the Ministry of State President . The Ministry will spend P462.2 million for its recurrent budget and and P330 million development budget from which the P5 million will come.
