Katse & Co plan suing BDP

The disqualified Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) Tlokweng parliamentary hopeful, Elijah Katse and his three co-accused intend taking legal action against the party.

Mmegi has leant that Katse and the disqualified council candidates - Tidimalo Matlhotse, Stella Matlapeng and Amantle Matlapeng are in the process of serving the BDP with court papers.
