The power of small consistent steps

It is that time of the year when some people are busy making some well thought of preparations for end of year closure of their organisations, more especially those that are profit making, while others have already switched off mentally and are simply buying time till they close up for the festive season.

Buying time can mean pushing tasks aside with the aim of fitting them somewhere into new-year’s resolutions. Piling work up and leaving it for the last minute is called procrastination.

Last minute work does not only compromise quality, but also leads to fatigue and stress.
