Gaborone United (GU) forward, Sageby Sandaka has said a home win will be vital when they host South African giants Orlando Pirates at the UB Stadium in the CAF Champions League preliminary tie tomorrow. Sandaka has previously tasted Champions League football during his days at AmaZulu of Zimbabwe in 2004.

The gifted striker said a win tomorrow will boost their confidence ahead of the second leg tie at the end of the month.

“The secret is to make sure we win our home game because that will mean we go for the second leg without any pressure. We must aim for a win, be it a 1-0 or 2-1. That will boost our confidence when we visit them for the return leg,” Sandaka told Mmegi Sport.
