TAFIC register netball club

FRANCISTOWN: TAFIC Sporting Club has allowed its netball team to affiliate to the Botswana Netball Association (BONA) in order to take part in this year’s national league.

The entry of TAFIC Netball Club (TNC) will increase teams in the northern region to eight. Others clubs in the northern region are Dukwi United, Orapa Wanderers, Arsenal, Botsrail, Flamingoes, Miscellaneous, Tasc and Morupule Wanderers.

TNC coach, Moses Dikolane, who was previously with TASC said it was not the first time they affiliated with BONA. He explained that previously, the club was affected by lack of commitment and that is why its BONA affiliation lapsed. “Our aim is to remove kids from the streets and develop them into formidable stars who will tomorrow be able to provide for themselves and families through sport.
