Still no ambulancea at Coke Cup matches

Clubs are still to provide ambulances for Coca-Cola Cup matches, endangering the lives of players, fans and officials.

The importance of having an ambulance at matches was highlighted once again during last Thursday's game between Police XI and Mogoditshane Fighters when an injured player had to be ferried to the hospital in a private car.

A member of the Coca-Cola Cup organising committee, Phakamile Kraai said it is the responsibility of clubs to arrange for ambulances at match venues.
