Rollers lose again

Township Rollers continued with their poor start to the Mascom Premier League season when they lost 2-1 to Flamengo Santos at the National Stadium on Wednesday night.

But Mapalastina had only themselves to blame for their second loss as they dominated the proceedings. Rollers squandered several scoring opportunities and made some silly errors in defence. After the midweek performance, it showed Rollers' coach David Bright still has much work to do before their next game against TASC at the National Stadium on October 6.

After three games, Rollers have only a point they collected from Premier League rookies, Boteti Young Fighters. They lost the opening game of the season to rivals Mochudi Centre Chiefs.
