The big guns avoided each other in the Coca-Cola Cup round of 16 draw conducted at the BBS Mall in Gaborone yesterday.

The top three clubs in the be-MOBILE Premier League breathed a sigh of relief when they were pitted against First Division sides. Township Rollers' fans who came in large numbers to witness the draw were delighted when their team was drawn against Serowe-based Miscellaneous. The log leaders must however be prepared for a tough battle as they make the trip north, knowing well that Miscellaneous are capable of causing an upset. Miscellaneous beat Premier League strugglers, BMC in the last round. Letlapeng will be hoping home-ground advantage work in their favour when they host high-flying Mochudi Centre Chiefs in Ramotswa. Magosi will want to continue with their good run in the cup they won in 2008 before losing in the final last year. Lobatse giants, Extension Gunners will take a short trip to Moshupa to face Mathaithai. Mapantsula, who are currently enjoying one of their best runs in the league in recent years will have to be at their best to sail through as they have often stumbled against minnows.

Meanwhile, defending champions Uniao Flamengo Santos will have to wait until tonight to see whom they will play between Notwane and Prisons XI. The two sides are playing this evening to decide which one goes through to the last 16. The game was cancelled twice, first due to rain then due to power failure last week.
