Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC) is racing against time to meet the budget required for Team Botswana’s preparations for the Region 5 Youth Games, which Gaborone hosts in December. The games will run from December 7 to 16.

BNSC chief executive officer (CEO), Falcon Sedimo told Mmegi Sport that the budget for the team is P15 million and they have not been able to raise the full amount. 

He said there are discussions between BNSC and the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development.
