Premier League explains low-key midweek climax

The Botswana Premier League (BPL) says it was forced into a late programme change, which will see the nail-biting title and relegation battles decided midweek, rather than on a weekend.

 

BPL chief executive officer, Thabo 'Styles' Ntshinogang said the league programme was supposed to be concluded on Saturday, but the Zebras' involvement in the COSAFA Cup had necessitated a shift.
