Botswana Boxing Association (BoBA) president, Thato Patlakwe left the inter club boxing tournament held at Glen Valley on Saturday impressed with the quality of boxing on display. The competition attracted 44 boxers, who produced 22 quality bouts.

Patlakwe told Mmegi Sport that he was proud of the boxers who had shown improvement.

“Our technical team were present, observing the boxers because the national team (selection) is open,” Patlakwe said. He said the competition attracted a lot of youth and they are going to make school holiday camps for the boxers.
