The national Under-21 netball side faced a tough test when they battled hard to beat Botswana Select 46-30 in the #ReABaaTsaa Spar tournament. The tourney is meant to prepare the side towards the World Youth Netball Cup that Botswana hosts in July.

The national side made a number of changes in order to give all the players a run. The first quarter began on a low tempo with the Botswana Select having an upper hand, and led 5-0 in the first 10 minutes.

The junior side was still weighing up combinations, losing balls easily, and the Botswana Select took full advantage. But the Under-21 side refused to be cowed and urged on by a partisan crowd, they managed to stage a comeback and level matters towards the end of the first quarter.
