Mafolofolo star joins Diphatsa

Former Mafolofolo utility player Odirile 'Driller' Sibanda has joined Francistown side, Diphatsa. Sibanda said departing from Mafolofolo was like leaving a family.

"If I can get a chance to go back, I would really love to play for Mafolofolo again," he said. Initially, the charismatic attacker trained with Diphatsa but played for Gaborone-based Mafolofolo. However, he decided to stop because his performance was declining due to the fact he was training with one team and playing for another.

Sibanda said he was forced to join Diphatsa after relocating to Francistown where he is working for the Botswana National Sports Council (BNSC) as a development officer.
