Botswana Karate Association (BOKA) president, Tshepo Bathai has advised karatekas to take their training seriously. Bathai was speaking during Ryushin-Kan Do Botswana tournament that was held at Botswana College of Agriculture Hall on Saturday.

He said the aim of his association is to develop athletes who can bring medals to the country from international competitions.

He said plans are also underway to accredit coaches.
