Exciting softball season ahead

The 2018/2019 BoFiNeT Softball League took off at the National Diamond in Gaborone last weekend, and promises to thrill.The Botswana Softball Association (BSA) has set up new top 10 and 12 venues in Orapa and Jwaneng respectively.

BSA public relations officer, Kelebogile Seitei said it is hard to predict the outcome of the season because the league has been on break since April.

“If the Phikwe softball extravaganza and the VUT breast cancer tournament are anything to go by then Wells International and Police IX (both men and women) teams are expected to cause an upset,” she said.
