The national Under-23 return to Potchefstroom today to face Cameroon in the final of the Sasol Eight Nations Tournament. The match will be played at the Olen Park from 2.30pm. The heroic Young Zebras reached the final after beating continental powerhouse Ghana 1-0 in the semi-final at the same venue on Tuesday.

Former Olympic champions Cameroon booked a place in the final with a hard-fought 2-1 win over another surprise package, Lesotho. The game between Botswana and Cameroon will be a repeat of a meeting between the two nations at the group stage where the Young Zebras caused a 1-0 upset to start their fairy-tale run in the tournament. Township Rollers' sensation Kaone Molefe's strike sunk the West Africans.

Having lost to the Young Zebras in the group stages, Cameroon are expected to come with guns blazing seeking revenge. It is understood that the loss to Botswana did not go down well with some people in Cameroon as they believed that their team let them down by losing to minnows. On the other hand, the Young Zebras will want to prove a point that their win was not a fluke. The Zebras reach the final without conceding a goal in the tournament after 360 minutes of football. This must give coach David Bright hope that they will go all the way and win the cup.
