The Botswana Rugby Union (BRU) has been left in a lurch after finding out that a piece of land where they intended to construct a statement has been repossessed.

In 2015, the Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC) allocated a piece of land to the BRU, but years passed by without any developments.
