Ramocha Tsieng, Kitso Mosweng, Daniel Mampane and Maribe Moje on behalf of Mochudi Centre Chiefs (MCC) as a Society have dragged Mochudi Centre Chiefs Trust led by Raymond Tsheko, Ernest Molome, Clifford Mogomotsi and Lebogang Seboni to court claiming to be the rightful committee to run the club. In a brief appearance, attorney Kabayi of Kaang attorneys briefed the court that the application before court was to determine the rightful owners of MCC.

“The league has already kick started and we would kindly ask the court to set a (closer) date for this matter to be argued,” he said.
