This weekend marks three weeks since the elite league, the BTC Premiership, and other sporting activities have been suspended due to the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

On Tuesday, President Mokgweetsi Masisi announced a 28-day countrywide lockdown, meaning football fans will have to wait much longer to see their teams in action.

The league was two-thirds through the season, with each team left with around 10 games.
