Botswana is one of the four African countries that have been chosen to host the 'Football For Hope' festival which started this month and will end in June next year.

Other countries are South Africa, Mauritius and Namibia. The initiative is meant to expose the intellectually-challenged children to football. It is sponsored by FIFA through Special Olympics International.

The activities will culminate into a mini-festival where clubs from the North and South region will compete. The winner will represent Botswana in the international finals in South Africa next year.
