Botswana steps-up Zone VI golf Preparations

The 10 men member team to represent the country in the Zone VI golf championships will go into camp on March 29 for an intensive two-week training programme ahead of the tournament that starts in Gaborone on April 12.

Botswana Golf Union (BGU) secretary general, Mpho Kelosiwang said the team is fresh from a two-day training camp and also participated in the Botswana Closed in Gaborone last weekend.

Twelve countries from the SADC region are expected to participate in the tournament, which runs from April 12 to 15.
