BNSC says tennis association has complied

The Registrar of Societies had previously written a letter stating that BTA had not complied after failing to submit audited financial statements. The decision was taken after the BTA application to the Registrar asking for the amendment of the constitution was turned down.
BNSC chief executive officer (CEO), Falcon Sedimo explained to Mmegi Sport that BTA had submitted their returns for filing at the Registrar of Societies. He said the association submitted the documents on November 15.
