Transport magnate, Talita Monnakgotla of AT and T Monnakgotla Bus Service has challenged Botswana Football Association (BFA) to promote women football at primary schools.

She said this would maximise development of women football at grass roots level.
She was speaking at the annual women football league awards. She stated that women soccer is still fledgling and needs more time and dedicated people to develop. "It is only when we can start the game at an early age that we will see growth. I therefore urge all those who are leading women football to be focused, patient and determined," she said. She warned women that certain things may not go as smooth as planned.

She encouraged them to hold on until their voices are heard in all sectors. "Once everybody appreciates our work, then everyone would like to be associated with us," she said.
