FRANCISTOWN: The Botswana Football Association (BFA) has dismissed emerging reports that Morupule Wanderers coach, David Bright has been approached for the Zebras job.

This follows the departure of Peter Butler who has since joined Platinum Stars in South Africa.  Close sources have said the BFA has approached Bright, forcing Wanderers to start a search for a new coach for next season.  Boyo Radipotsane was asked to take charge of the Zebras following Butler’s resignation.

“I don’t know anything about that offer. I am in Palapye where I am helping Morupule and I am focused on that,” Bright said. When quizzed if he would listen to the Zebras offer if tabled, he simply said: “No”. BFA spokesperson, Tumo Mpatane said at the moment the BFA has not approached anyone.
