Spicing up our political rallies

The 2009 Botswana General Elections are just around the corner and from the look of things all political parties are busy mapping the way forward.

Every political party is using every tactic possible under the sun in an endeavour to outsmart others. All efforts will be made to entice as many voters as possible for politics is a game of numbers.

Very soon a horde of visitors wearing party colours will be fearlessly risking dog bites, knocking from door to door, marketing their beloved political parties and candidates.
Noise pollution will be everyday food, as loud speakers will be blaring party songs and slogans - all that being done to outwit other political contenders. A lot of political mayhem is indeed around the corner.
