The Poor Are Vulnerable
Though I expected the results to be close, Letlhakane West has shown us as a nation that vulnerability (illiteracy, poverty) can swing votes for the people who have neglected you.

If you are going to be using political strategies (food donations) alleged to have been used by the BDP as a tactic, other than offering sound alternatives to uplift their lives its regretable. I don't think the same strategies can be used in Kanye, Gaborone, Serowe or Bobonong and you wonder why.

Why does the BDP as a ruling party class the Bakgalagadi & Basarwa? Why do I sense a systematic tribalism of the 70's and 80's? How come for decades, the livelihood of the Basarwa & Bakgalagadi inclusive of Bangologa seemed not to matter much? Why are the Basarwa & Bakgalagadi still lingering in poverty? If the future of politicking or campaigning in Botswana has come to this, to win elections, then our politics are shambolic. Another factor is the unfair amount of resources by both parties.
