Water shortage in Northeast

The Water Utilities Corporation has advised consumers in the Northeast District that they will continue to experience low pressure to no water supply at all.

The affected villages include Masunga, Mapoka, Moroka, Zwenshambe, Jackalas No. 1, Jackalas No. 2 and surrounding areas.  The public is advised to use the little water available sparingly so that it can last longer and to keep the taps closed at all times as it might be restored without notice. The corporation says it is working around the clock to repair the situation.
