Uncle charged with nephew�s murder

An argument between family members on Monday night at Kgorothwe cattlepost left a 25-year-old man dead and his uncle in police custody facing charges of his murder.

Mochudi police station commander, Simon Sitale told Mmegi that the argument between the two family members who hail from Mookane village, started when they were drinking.

“It is reported that the uncle took something blunt and hit his nephew with it and he passed out. He was rushed to Princess Marina Hospital but the doctor certified him dead on arrival,” Sitale said.
