Police in Tlokweng are investigating a case in which a family was recently attacked and robbed whilst asleep in Modipane village and robbed of valuables worth thousands of pula.

Tlokweng Police Station commander, Superintendent Unoziba Rari said the alleged four men who are still on the run attacked and robbed a family whilst they were still asleep and made away with a laptop and a phone valued at P30,000. “The incident happened early Thursday morning whilst the family was still asleep.

They were woken up by the alleged thieves during the attack demanding money and phones, but luckily they did not harm them before they fled the crime scene,” he said Rari added investigations are ongoing to locate the suspects who are still at large.
