TAWU boycotts Venson-Moitoi

In a letter to the ministry, the union said the boycott is indefinite and extends to the Minister, Pelonomi Venson-Moitoi. TAWU took the action after the ministry postponed scheduled meetings with the Permanent Secretary Grace Muzila and Venson-Moitoi.
While it is widely acknowledged that Khama holds the title of Kgosi, the government’s failure to properly gazette his recognition has raised serious concerns about adherence to legal procedures and the credibility of traditional leadership.
