Summit organisers align outdated US perceptions

Organisers of the US Africa Business Summit Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) have revealed that they are working everyday to align outdated American perceptions of the risk in Africa.

The summit took off in Gaborone this week with over 1,200 delegates. Speaking at a welcome reception, where he was impressed by the turnout at the summit, vice chairperson of the CCA William Ward said they are making a difference.

“For economic growth across all businesses, industry sectors, including information technology, agriculture, health, infrastructure, manufacturing and creative arts, and Africa is phenomenal,” Ward highlighted.
