Soldier's murder accused remanded

FRANCISTOWN: Principal Magistrate Thebeetsile Molalu has ruled that three men accused of murdering a Botswana Defence Force soldier at Monarch in 2008 be remanded in custody unless granted bail by the High Court.

The three men appeared for committal to the High Court last week.

"The suspects will be remanded in custody until completion of this case or until granted bail by the High Court," Magistrate Molalu said.
