Kgosi Tawana: Mr Chairman,[Seepapitso] I do not know this procedure.  I only saw your notice about the elections of a specially elected member when we were left with only about five days to come for the meeting.  Therefore I am requesting the elections be postponed until the next meeting of the house of chiefs.  Thank you, Sir.

Kgosi Seepapitso: I am told a fax was sent to your office.  Apparently somehow, or the other, it escaped your attention!
