Safety Foundation to launch Project 1000

The Safety Foundation will on June 20, launch a campaign known as 'Project 1000', at their Mogoditshane offices. This will be a first of many to come for the newly founded non-profit organisation.

The foundation’s key areas of work are to raise awareness on areas of safety, become a one stop shop for safety solution and also provide safety clothing for any particular situation and emergencies. The Project 1000 campaign is aimed at training at least 1000 drivers with safe driving skills.

The organisation will also provide teaching classes for first aid as well as fire fighting skills.
