The trial in a case in which four people are facing two counts of defrauding Regent Insurance Company was yesterday postponed for continuation to October 10, 2016.

The trial could not continue, as both the substantive prosecutor and the accused’s attorney were not present in court.

The court heard that the accused’s lawyer and the prosecution were not in agreement on the dates of the continuation of the trial, but regional magistrate Mokwadi Gabanagae decided to set the October date so that both parties could decide on the trial dates suitable to everyone.
