Police shoot dead Suspected armed robbers

Confirming the incident through a media release, BPS’s Public Relations Officer, Assistant Commissioner, Dipheko Motube said the deceased trio aged about 30 and 40 were intercepted by the police whilst committing a robbery at one of the homesteads in Block 6 location.

He stated that a firearm suspected to have been used by the criminals was foound at the scene. The suspects are all male Zimbabwean citizens. Motube pleaded with members of the public to assist with any information that could lead to the arrest of two other suspects who fled the scene during the incident.
