Pohamba commends Botswana for health care programme

Namibian president Hifikepunye Pohamba has commended the Botswana government for investing in health care. Officially opening Bokamoso Private Hospital, Pohamba said Botswana has been successful in its National Development Plan, as far as sustaining public investment in health care is concerned.

Pohamba, who was accompanied by President Ian Khama as well as other dignitaries, described Bokamoso as an institution that will ensure Botswana remains a healthy and productive nation.

Health Minister Dr John Seakgosing said the hospital is a welcome development that will improve the healthcare of the people.
